We will be going through the essence of self care, of organic, holistic methods to keep your sanity, cope with stress effectively, and to embrace all of who you are. We are whole beings, organically equipped with what we need to survive and thrive! Its only a question of discovering how to access it under stress or duress. Learn grounding, centering, mindfulness practices and more to effectively access your inner wisdom.
